NATUC General Secretary and SWWTU President Micheal Annisette said that he wants to assure public servants that NATUC is in support of the working class and is of the view that the matter is headed for the courts.

“We cannot as a society allow a Government or some elites to take advantage of the general well-being of the people of Trinidad and Tobago and this issue is deeper and it is in the heart of who we are as a people in Trinidad and Tobago. When you have workers of the protective services and front line workers raising concern then you know we have a problem”, Annisette said.
